Yes I still have it. I never put it on my car, so I can't get a picture, and I don't have the brackets required for it (about $20 each). I would think if it is from the Mazdaspeed Protege, it would fit a P5, but copy and search the part number to be sure. I will ship to Puerto Rico, no problem.

if you have a P5 it should already come with the brackets on top of the strut bolts, at least in the US model its standard to have the bar and brackets
