The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

Yeah, that works for me. I wonder how much it's going to be. Can't imagine it's too bad.

Wha? That's so baller!

ps- Phen and Ivan. Trick or Treat is tonight from 6-8 if you guys want to hand out candy with Tessa and I. Phen makes a delightful spiked warm cider. ;)

I'm pretty sure I'll be home. I'll gladly sip on cider and help the youth of America ruin their teeth.

And support diabetes and the obesity epidemic! You kill so many birds with one stone.

Off to the machine shop! With some luck, the 626 will be back on the road today! Wooo!

here's another shot of the LEGO guys during the contest

I was at the Buckeyes game this weekend:

awesome.

I might have to try to make my retrofits earlier than I thought, the piece that goes over the bulb so it can reflect back into the houseing fell off the passenger side tonight. I thought the bulb was out at first but it reflected on the car in front of me at a stop light. When I got home I looked and all you see is bulb sticking out.

On a good note I got a call already about the interview I had on Thursday and they want to set up a 2nd interview after my back ground check goes through. With Huntington that usually that means they want to offer you the job.

I was gonna head out to buy another trailer today, and the battery in my truck was dead. The last few days it seemed like things dimmed a bit more when starting, but it still fired up. I guess I forgot to turn my lights off when I got home from work today (no buzzer when you open the door on older vehicles), and it only clicked when I turned the key. The 626 battery wouldn't do much besides run the radio, but I got it running with a jump box tonight.

It was only reading about 13.2v while running, which seems a bit low. Would you guys suspect the alternator at that point? When I took the battery in to get checked at AZone when I was having the starting issues before, she said it was only at around 75% charge I think, but otherwise was good. The PO told me that he replaced it in May this year when it was having trouble starting (turned out to be the starter). It seems like it's just not getting topped up by the alt.

Running at idle? A little low, but not bad. Try it again around 2000 rpm.

Congrats again on the job, Nate. lol at the bodies comment.

My P5 charges at 14.2 at idle. According to the rice-o-meter on my battery terminal. Also checked it with the multi-meter though.
