The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

^^^ Wait, what?

You're taking dance classes and have a recital soon? Ballet?

lol...yup! At my daughter's studio the owner does a dad's dance for girls 14 & up so Kaila signed us up a few weeks ago. Last year's theme was "Men In Tights" and was hilarious, this year it is "Monday Night Football". It's more of a modern/jazz style vs ballet.

Haha...I can do better than that. There will be a professional videographer there and I'll have it on dvd!

OMG...I can just see my cheering section now! C'mon out, I'll be performing three shows at Lehigh University this June! :D

Nothing wrong with taking dance classes! My wife and I took classes to learn a dance for our wedding. I didn't want our 1st dance as husband and wife to look like an awkward junior prom. LOL

That's cool Josh but when you are born with two left feet...lol I'm still trying to talk my wife into signing our son up at the dance studio. He's against it now but I know he'd thank me in about 6 years! haha

Kaila is being inducted into the NJHS!!! So proud of her.

That's awesome. I was pres. of NHS at my HS, and that looks very good on a resume, so keep her on the right path!

Well, just as a comparison that may be more up your alley... a 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T was a hair over 3400 lbs.

Can's say I've ever looked into a big car like that. I'd much rather get something like a Datsun 510, and old Rolla, etc.

Has anyone run actual brake line before? Google doesn't make it sound very hard, but I don't necessarily trust that... I can't get the stupid rusted nut off of the steel brake line where it joins the rubber line that I nicked with the Dremel. The special brake line wrench turned on the nut, and so did the vice grips... On a positive note, I was able to press a new ball joint in, and saved myself the $75 difference in replacing the whole LCA, plus whatever else I would have managed to break/have to cut off in the process.

OK Tito Jackson........Put Michael on and start dancing.

lmao...nice Marlon

I'm down...but why waste money on flares, I'll make you some out of non-aluminized steel that will rust and look sweet with a rusted hood.

Thanks Wes and that is what we told her. She will also be taking Honors History and English next year as a freshman and has been volunteering as a teachers assistant at the dance studio this year....guess we have done something right?!

Sorry but can't help ya with the brake question.

Lol I would help, but I might get my butt kicked out of Team Ohio..

id rather mod the car the way i want it, and if that means not being in "team ohio" so be it...

I have... I ran it from the master cylinder to the rear axle on an 89 Bronco II. Running brake lines are something that I'd much rather pay someone to do. ****. That.

I just need to go from the little brake juice distributor thing mounted about midway on the firewall to my passenger wheel well. I don't know what else to do at this point.
