Havent really been able to do anything this past weekend. Had to clean out the garage for my father in laws new mecedes..... He just got a lexus ls430 with 19" works rims. Now he wants to buy this stupid merc. moving me out of the garage. (my tools and spare parts)

Anyways im off again on Sat/Sun so i think im going to go into work and start fabing up the IC kit. I do have a HKS SSQV on the way. I will have to get that in there somehow. Anyways thats the plan, do some pipe cutting and some tig. I also will try to get the other slim fan in probably on Wednesday.

Car is NA now. The intercooler is still mounted so it's an interfooler right now. It's getting pulled ASAP. God it is so damn slow now.
 
I'm considering parting out everything on the car and returning it completely to stock. Coilovers, rear sway bar, strut bars, wheels, exhaust, everything. I could make a good amount of money and then have a daily driver that rides well.

I've done some serious serious thinking and in the end, the car is just not worth it. I love it and all but it would be so much better to make some money, throw it into savings, and drive the car as is.
 
I washed her, gave her the Meguiar's 3 step seal, bar and wax, then went on a gay car photoshoot...lol. Also did the whole interior with completely shampooing even the floor mats. They look brand new even!
 
changed the battery...now no more weird start ups haha also changed on of the terminal clamps..was busted.. drives great now.
 
Thanks a lot Brian. I actually want you to hold onto that power steering tank. I'll buy it off you here in a couple days at the latest. Probably in the next 24 hours. Just gotta get al this bulls*** figured out at the moment.

The car will live on. I plan on going KL turbo in the future but for now she'll stay NA, slow, and hopefully reliable for a couple more years. When I settle down, she's getting put up and is not coming down until everything is perfectly the way I want it to be. The plans were originally for a fully built FS with a lentech automatic transmission capable of holding 500 hp. now, the plans have changed.

HK, I do have 2.5 couplers. Stay on the lookout. The partout thread will come in the next few days.

I've been so damn bipolar but I finally had some time between classes, driving to the mechanic, homework, studying and everything to sit down and think about what would be best for me. It's kinda sad but it's a big boy decision. The part out will be a long process so I'll be on here plenty still for quite some time.
 
drove it from the outerbanks back to charlotte...god dam, i will never make that 7 hour drive EVER AGAIN
and on the way, got a CEL when i started it up after a break at wendys, and it was a rough startup (normal lol) and then the CEL came on
too tired to read it now, ill take a look tomm morning
 
Going to HD today to pick up some aluminum flat stock. This is for the intercooler brackets and any other brackets im going to need for the piping.

hoping to hit the slim fan and mock up the IC setup today.
 
yea its near the nuts and bolts sections usually. or just ask...lol They do sell some metal stock though for small projects.
 
Yes..... That sure is a sleeper.

The only thing is the amp is right next to the fuel cell.....kinda dangerous no?
 
wow... well i just sent payment for fish's front lip. just doesn't seem like that big of a deal anymore after looking at that dyno sheet. o well i'm still excited to get it.

and how the heck do i get the picture in my sig to be the size of the actual file i'm using. any picture i use gets shrunk to this size?
