What have you done to your Miata today?

60-70 top up? Psh. I do 80+ and tops always down

that might be why my highway mileage is worse

Miata thread you DISI poopface. Go clean your intake valves or something... (drinks)

Hahahaha. In his defense, he did help drive quite a bit on the 15 hour drive from Ohio to Daytona. He'll be taking my car to get tuned for me while I'm in China.

Well... it was 15 degrees when we left Ohio on that trip. Top down really wasn't an option until we hit the FL border.

LOL. You would Muff.

It would have kept our asses awake, that's for sure. LOL

I haz 1.8 bp, and the best I have done is 27.1! Of course my engine is a bit rough...hopefully I can freshen her up a bit in the near future.

Had a flat last night. Somehow, I managed to put a 4" long machine screw into my rear tire.

Made a decision last night. I've got another set of hood-pins on the way.

Well got started on the brakes. Love doing the rears on the NC Miatas. Do not have to remove the emergency brake cable, very slick.

Ran into a snag on the driver front though. The lower slider pin was seized and finally got it out but it needs to be replaced. Called 2 Mazda dealers and no one has them into stock wtf . Ordered one and will get it tomorrow.

Car is US for the time being.

New Shift Knob, car came with an RX8 knob that burned my hand so badly I got blisters. Found a thick-walled tennis ball at the pet store that fits perfect. Has the weight of a metal one with less vibe, no burn, and it's sweatproof.

The local Miata guru told me my shocks were blown. :( I figured that much, but now I'm at a higher priority to get my suspension done.

I need to trim the bottom of the ball a bit where I cut the + in it so it cups the ball and not the boot.

Don't forget to cup the ball!
