Installed the cp-e engine mount and still sometimes miss 2nd gear when shifting fast at high revs. How can it be fixed???
Driver mod required.....
Not funny, really. Can this issue be because of the not properly disengaging clutch?(lol)

BTW, what is stiffer - the cp-e engine mount, or the SU 62 durometer mount?
Never had a problem with any other stick.. Easiest car I have had to shift at high rpms was either my GSR or my FC turbo rx7
The fast shifting to 2nd at high revs leaves much to be desired......
...The point is that I got the car with the 8k miles on it and the previous owner had the new clutch installed under warranty terms, but it feels for me like it doesn't disengage properly while shifting at high revs. That is why I am looking for an advice of you, guys....
.....p.s. I have a new ACT clutch kit and Turbinetech rear diff nount in the trunk. Should the installation of these mods improve the shifting? Theoretically, it should not. Any experience of yours with these mods?
Hmmm, you may indeed have a "worse" problem than normal.... Your clutch hose may be weal and expanding when you press in the clutch as well. You can replace it with SS hose to improve that area...
The TT rear diff mount in not the primary fix required. I recommend the TT front engine mount along with the SU or CPE upper diff mount that will indeed help stabilize the engine and improve everything from shifting to overall handling.
what is the SS hose? is it something like TechnaFit clutch line?
Does the TT front mount increase the vibrations? the cp-e mount make quite a lot of them on idle especially when the a/c is on.
Yep. Technafit is just the brand. Goodridge and several others make them as well.
Yeah there will be a slight increase in vibs at idle. There is ALWAYS a tradeoff with mods. I feel the extra vibs are a small price to pay for the improved performance and longevity of the drivetrain.
