Ohio just changed their plates. I'm probly just gonna keep these, the new plates are nice tho.

He modified a 01-03 P5/MSP/MP3 bumper.

No, I doubt it. Probably a fair amount of custom fab required.

He took one bumper, cut it, cut the stock bumper, then joined them together. Does that sound easy to you?

yes it is similar to the Ebay lip, everyone has either the DG style lip or Mazdaspeed lip, I wanted something different and got a great deal on this lip from another forum..
