What have you done to your P5 today?

Made the DIY oil catch "can" for the PCV valve. I couldn't really find a good spot to locate the canister so this will work for a while. We'll see what it catches...

thanks, it's a work in progress...like everyone else's car on here...lol What kind of rotors are those and what did you use to paint the calipers? Im thinking about painting my calipers orange to go with my black and orange theme.

lol the orange is a nice color. mines a little slower work in progress unfortunately :P they are made by power stop picked them up at a good price too. I went to an auto paint shop here it's some sort of a heat resistant paint tho. doesn't come in many colors. I really wanted the orange. trying to go with an orange on white thing. It's a bit of a pain in the ass but I think the orange calipers would look great on your car.

I'm a mountain biker, I'm always on a trail. There's plenty of parks around me with a legit trail.

I have a mountain bike as well, but only do about 30% riding on the mountain...the rest is on the road...

Been working at an all Mazda junkyard now for about a week... I've been eyeballing all kinds of goodies for the P5.. :D

Mazmart...to bad they are WAY overpriced...go grab those Speed door sills out of the Titanium MSP...unless they have scrapped it and they are elsewhere...if Sheldon didn't want bars of gold for them I would of had them...

^ I find it amusing. Also, you could make some easy money buying parts for the junked cars and reselling them here...

Buy them overpriced and sell them even more overpriced...I doubt that would work...

Are you on stock springs...go outside and look at the car...it will look the same on MSP springs...I had them and couldn't tell a difference...some say you can, but I saw nothing...waste of $$$ IMO...

found my clone today, just with bluer headlights in my neighborhood.. bugged me outt. ColumbianProtege5 i think he said he was?

Matt, let's be honest, that's barely an example of a mountain bike. Hell, you still have reflectors on your bike. I used to ride mountain bikes A LOT, but I'm just too tired and old after work anymore. I couldn't afford the high dollar bikes, even though they are gorgeous. But I used to fly by the cats with expensive bikes on my $500 GT. Ahhh, those were the days. Now if I were to ride a trail, I'll throw up and pass out...

reut1, I love your Kona. But good luck getting any of those monsters uphill. :p

I have since taken all the reflectors off and stripped numerous things, that was right when I bought it. Besides, spending anymore than $500 on a hardtail is stupid anyways, after that you might as well go full suspension. My Specialized has everything I want in a hardtail.

BTW, since when does the price of the bike dictate what I can do with it?

Doh! Well, looks like I'll hit Home Depot and buy some 3/8" tubing. Wait, are you boosted though? Because I let it run for a couple minutes after everything was installed and it idled fine, but I never looked at the tubing.

*edit- Matt, I replied in the Biking Thread.

I just dealt with this on my Bullitt, I had to buy 5/8" hose for a washing machine, it's super thick and it doesn't collapse under vacuum like the regular heater hose that was on there. I got it at home depot, they also have clear tubing that is reinforced and comes in different sizes and lengths, look in the washer/drier section.

1st off: Shae is a girl.

2nd off: Someone getting falcon punched in the baby maker is not hilarious to you? lulz

1st off: I know she's a girl. It's pretty obvious that a person whose username is "Imjustagirl" is probably a girl.

2nd off: I'm sorry but no I don't think someone being assaulted is funny. You're gonna sit here and tell me that if you saw this happen in real life- a man hitting a woman in the groin causing enough pain to make her double over in agony- you would just laugh your ass off? I don't think I'm being overly sensitive. It's disgusting.

Will do! Thanks for the info, guys.
