depends on how low you are, if your fenders are rolled, and the offset of your wheels???

Seriously though, you need to specify your wheel offset if you hope to get any useful responses... ;)

I'm on stock wheels and suspension and was thinking about running 225/40/R18.... The price and selection difference is amazing from the 215/45. Anyone see any issues with this beside the speed being off 2 mph?

i've seen people running 225s on 7" wide rims before. they said they were just dandy. definitely won't have any fitment issues...

315/70 r18

tire humor... gotta love it.

On the 225/40 subject I found some, Kuhmo Escta spt for $98 plus shipping and FUZION Zri for the same price. Which one is the better deal? I know the Kuhmo's got a good review from C&D but Bridgestone makes the FUZION's.

If you want zero fender work go 215/45 or 225/40 but why get wider rims and get skinny tires go 235/40 or 245/40 even 255/35. And definitely Dunlop SS Z1s.

I have them sitting on my front porch waiting to be mounted, I figured I was going to wait until I have to put my winter setup on and then take my summer wheels in. I'll let you know next spring I guess! Car and Driver did a comparo with them in it and they finished best for wet traction but last for noise, and middle of the pack for dry traction.
