Well then it should have nothing to do with the throttle "fixes" but I still think they suck. I got used to the stock accel mapping since I owned the car, and we don't get any wheelspin anyways that fwd people need to worry about. So wtf are you talking about here bro? lol. It is HARD to give this car while giving it any gas and staying completely out of boost. That's how I had to break in the fuel pump, and it was a PITA. It would take anyone a long time to get to 60 without boost, esp if you're in third gear with no boost. I think we need a vid. Not happy about the FP situation btw. EMS helped me push my car into my spot tonight. I parked in 'visitor parking' when I took the fuel pump out so the Nazi's on my Condo board (I'm on the board too, lol) wouldn't give me any grief. I couldn't park it there for a week, and he ends his work shift literally across the street, so he helped me push it into my 'deeded' spot. Argghhh!! I'm getting sick of this ******* car. If I had the loot, I go for a build and a GT 3071/76 or GT40. It's lame having my car laid up for so long just to make mid 13s (or whatever I make). God damn homie, my mind is playing tricks on me [Geto Boys].
Studder @ WOT in higher gears = the coil springs from what I remember reading.

yeah considering that car does the 1/4 bone stock at 12 seconds and its handling dynamic is designed for the track I would guess he wasn't trying to hard.
because its a slow 6 and not a ms6 lol.
my dad gets pretty good mpg for having a ms6 though

Im getting a 09 mazda 3 hatch in january
my dad wants a miata
and no im not getting the ms6
its car and turbocharged car parts are sooo expensive, yes more power in the long run but im 17 more power is the last thing that i need. im just going to have fun with it for a few years and then maybe buy a cheap miata or maybe just get the tripoint kit for the 3.
my dad and i have talked about it but he doesnt think its a good first car for me either especially since the ms6 was his first real performance car and he is 54
and we have had mazdas for awhile

geeze...I bought a mini cooper S bc the mileage on my ms6 was not working for me...ok really its my driving style. I think my 22mpg highway average would be a lot higher if I didn't cruse at 80mph. Anyone know a way or car which I can maintain that speed with over 30mpg

I am averaging 19.9 in my MS6. The best was 23.8. I was getting 29 in my Accord average with a high of 32.4.
