Any Car & Driver subscribers? question...

I just recently signed up for the magazine after not having it for like 10 years. It's dirt cheap now.

anyways, my first magazine got here today, and it was not wrapped in plastic. Is this typical? of course mine was water damaged due to it not being sealed.

wasn't not wrapped in plastic? so it was wrapped in plastic?

and no, magazines don't normally come in wrappers unless there is more than 1 issue and they need to bundle them together to save postage.

my dad has been getting them since like 90 something.

and no the never come in plastic. the only mags i ever see in plastic are video game mags that come with a disk and mags with the naked womenz

I've subscribed to dozens of magazines over the years. Normal (not adult) magazines are only wrapped if they are including a special letter to you which normally means a renewal notice).

Was your magazine damaged becuase of a leaky mailbox? Change mailboxes.
