What have you done to your MSP today?

Thanks for the welcome. I've been here for 28 years years now and don't think I'll be going any where any time soon. I got my CAI today and what a difference. I even got a little surprise with it a Turkey, LOL. Can't wait for my other mods to come my SMIC from Turbohose has to be made so they said 2-3 weeks (very professional people also I was impressed). My exhaust will prob be here next week some time. I'll post when it does. I wish I had never sold my P5 I loved that thing but kids wouldn't fit, but I have my toy again. HEHEHEHEHE!!!!!

Yeah Turbohoses fokes are really nice and tells your alot, they are the leading importer of Noble's and the best people to go to if you do want a Noble mod'd... Oh i wish i had one.... hahaha

One step away from completely the GT28RS upgrade, got the new intake setup and compressor housing modded. All thats left is ceramic coating.

I'm running a Walbro pump and 600cc injectors. You tune E85 the same as you would with pump, just need more of the fuel to do the same job as pump gas. Should be a whole other beast once she's done.

I had a mild tune done on it before on pump gas, but due to my old manifold completely failing, never got around to tuning it because it would have been a defeatist effort at the time. New manifold seals quite nicely, so this should be a nice little kick in my pants. Would also like to point out that the plan is to tune the new setup for 20psi, stock block.

Like I have said in the past, I'm gonna push stock parts to the limit, 106k on the clock and still rocking strong.

i have heard of others running there cars on e85 and other then a correct tune they also changed there fuel filter.

Did you change out yours?

let me know how it goes.. i might go this route.. give me a lil more boost on my stock block...

i have been trying to do that for a while, but no where close really sells E85 lol
what kind of ecu do you have? im not sure if the split sec would be able to handle the 600's, but you really do have to add a ton more fuel so it might work?

ive got the ftc.. i am going to do 440s.. if this is a safe way to get more.. i will only bump it to about 13 psi..
the ftc can adjust fuel up to 17 psi... so if e85 requires more fuel to do the same thing.. a tune for 17 psi on the ftc should yield close to accurate amounts of fuel on 13 psi

Ok new problem, my vac reading is idling at 19 and when driving my car is stuttering slightly. any ideas? I have not had a chance to look at anything yet cause im in the middle of finals so any help to pinpoint the problem would be appreciated.

I thought so too im just fielding ideas, like i said i have not had time to check yet.

Didn't get tuned on E85 cause my new injectors are too tall. Putting off on the tune til a later date. Did tweak the map I do have and the car runs a lot better.

Checked all the charge pipes and everything didnt notice any loose connections so aside from a vac line with a slit in it i dont think its a vac leak, any other ideas?

edit: im continuing this in its own thread in the help section

Speaking of vacuum leaks, last night I replaced the zip ties around a vacuum T with worm clamps and it seems to be running a little better now that I reloaded the map that Jaysanooch made. I don't think I followed the steps exactly right the last time.

Oh and I will be eliminating this vacuum T as soon as I get the fitting for my intake to recirculate the BOV. Should run much better that way.

Is it dangerous to drive with a vac leak? I have to go somewhere tonight and i cant get out of it
