Miatas are sick.
You can go low.
The motors are pretty much indestructible (you can buy one with 100k plus on it and not worry about it)
good turbo platform.

Hrm... this is sad. I'm dissapointed in you Dub. Like, truly. I don't mean that sarcastically. It was finally coming together, just a few teensy pieces and it would be DONE! And the new freshened look with the grille, lip, headlights and whatnot had me hopefull that you were still putting your heart and soul into this ride. I can sort of understand... kind of. I want a project car too, but I can't even envision selling my MS3 for something like an STI or 350z and all I have are a couple of minor bolt ons.

by undrivable i was referring to being slammed, and theres no way i could drive one through the winter here so my only option would be summer/track car with one.....my point originally though was that i wouldnt buy one to make it look good but to track it

yea my other idea for dub would be to ditch the turbo and drive it non turbo but that's no fun.

go with the miata man I love your protg and would love to see it progress but the motor will always be holding you back.
