I'll go over the wiring in more detail with you via IM... and we'll pull up a relay diagram. I'll give you a pin-out and such, but yeah, its not difficult. just work on getting yourself a pair of standard 5-pin relays.
There were photogs there, and I'll post those pics once they upload them but here are the pics I snapped with my phone.
Judging by the clearance, I'd say +35 on a 9 is the absolute highest offset you could run. It clears everything, but JUST.
