2009+ Wrx vs 08-10 STI

might as well get the 2011 wrx, intake,downpipe,tune and your going to have an STi eater for 10k less... now that the wrx and sti look the same.

I used to LOVE the way STI's looked in 04-05.........then 06-07..they changed the front, And im like neahhh whatever,but the 2 spoilers in the back are overkill..then they went hatch and iwas like wtf!...but it "grew" on me, and when you slap some 18x9.5-18x10s on the STI hatch it looks alot nicer and freakin mean!........So...here we are looking at the 2011 STI..I dont like it..then again ill be HONEST..I dont like the general look the of the WRX 08+ sedan styling, which ofcourse has turned STi for most part..the 08+ sedan styling is like too "camry"..too....."SOFT" looking...give me a better looking front, make it agrressive looking..like a ******* Raly car please!..not grandma's grocey getter with nice wheels and a spoiler that to big..just not feeling it..If you like the looks of what Subaru is doing, and the direction thier going then cool..we all are different and like different things..Any word on power and engine changes? How about some gosh dam forged pistons,better rings, basicly the only part of the engine thats weak....I think as of right now,call me nuts but if I went STI id stick with the hatch. grrrrrrrr lol

And you should..I like the hatch, BUT not the sedan stylin..just my tastes..As for performance per dollar..Joeyokc, you have one of the best cars out there. When you say Exhaust, your meaning full tbe=downpipe+catback or just catback?...anyways that car of yours will dip into the 12's no prab if you go stage 2 and tune.. Ive seen as high as 322 whp *mustang dyno* with Intake-Turboback-1000cc injectors @18 psi 92 oct tune. Thats dam good in my book Nice car.

PS if you run E85 tune around 19 psi your looking around 350 whp/370 wtq..thats on the stock v52 turbo,then take it to the track

09 sti and wrx in the hatch are SO MUCH better then the next comming out.

i thought the 08-2010 wrx hatches looked terrible. but the 08-2010 sti looked amazing with the wide fenders... but they fixed that now so the 2011 wrx hatch looks sick.

For some reason, the only WRX hatches I like are the Satin White Pearl ones. I own a Dark Grey Metallic sedan, but would love to have a White Sti....

Beaut color! Not as loud as WRB but not too dark. Still prefer hatch. Too bad power's same.

They blew it using the same engine/power. I suppose WRXs are still going to be faster than the STis. What a travesty.

I've always been a subie fan... more so than evos. But my favorite is still the 04 STI.
