So you already have all the emblems and your just waiting for approval?

All you have to do with the centercaps is pop the flying M off. (4 clips holding it in)

Just so you know, the "M" only comes off on the 8.5 and up centercaps...

my 05 mazda 3 has 4 clips on the back of the centercaps, but I can't seem to get the M off, but it looks as though it CAN come off. I don't know if it's stuck or not.

If it truly can;t come off I will have to change and cancel the centercap request.

do the centercaps where the M does not come off have the 4 pins on the back?

You could try taking the wheel off and popping it out from the inside

Yes, this is according to 6Crew.com...I was looking for the removable ones and finally found a set, after a bit of searching on which ones where removable this is what I found...someone may know something different though...

I bought a set of RX8 wheels, dunno what year all 4 caps the same. NO pins
Pulled the stockers when I had the rx8 mounted and all that
found three caps WITH pins and one oddball, the oddball is actually a sheetmetal stamping over a plastic base

I have a 07 GT
from l to r: rx8 back, ms3 back, side angle, oddballcap back, ms3 CAP APART

so, clearly they do come apart, 07 and up.

some caveats, first, there is a depression that the emblem sits down in in the cap
pushing the pins out may work, I used the corner of a 8 inch chef knife and got under the emblem and worked my way around. snaps back together no sweat
the depression may have a slight effect on the new emblem. if its a decal, then the depression will show. if its a stiff plastic badgethe adhesive will only have the periphery to adher to

It sure looks like a two piece construction

That said, so is the sidemarker, and that comes apart best with a hammer

I only have three of them, so mebbe I will have ago at getting it apart, and post back

The clips DO come out. Just need to be patient and have a couple of different size flat head screwdrivers.
