Transmission additive?

Normally I am against additives for anything, but after switching to Mobil 1 I am having some concerns. I recently changed my manual tranny fluid to Mobil 1 75W-90 and at first I thought it felt great and got rid of my grinding issues but now it is back and sometimes during the day when it is warm it is much worse than before. A lot of time when it's hot I have to really pull/push to get it into gear, and I almost always have a grind in 3rd no matter what I do, I can sometimes avoid if it I shift slowly though. Anyone have any suggestions to smooth my shifts up?

I would really like to know if anyone else is having this problem. My P5 has 133k miles if this helps at all. I might try Tufoil, I'm reading that a lot of domestic guys use this and it helps quite well.

i used lucas oil stabalizer in mine, that s*** is super thick, made shifts a bit smoother but wasnt a night and day difference to be honest
edit: and my p5 had a grinding issue with 3rd for a whiilllleeeee, it was like a year ago
i couldnt figure out what it was, changed fluid, nothing helped, i thought it was the clutch
took it to the dealership for an alignment and told the guy about it while i was there

he said, ill take a look at it, aligned the car, and me and him went for a test drive, he drove
1st,2nd, and then straight into 3rd, no grinding at all lol i was like WTF

havent had a problem since

Was the mobil 1 fluid you used synthetic? I would try Lucas Transmission Fix. Says you can add it to current fluid without draining any
