lol Josh. They actually do mean the exact same thing. "Partly Sunny" is used during a daytime forecast. "Partly Cloudy" is used for nighttime forecasts.

Mostly Sunny = <30% cloud cover (day)
Mostly Clear = <30% cloud cover (night)
Partly Sunny = 30-70% cloud cover (day)
Partly Cloudy = 30-70% cloud cover (night)
Mostly Cloudy = >70% cloud cover (day or night)

Have an interview just up the street from where I'm working now @ 2...hopefully get something soon so I can quit retail...this job, that was a contract job ending in Dec, is winding down and there's really not much else to do...

Signed the paperwork to trade the MS6 in for an '07 4Runner with only 40k as apposed to the 80k I have on my car. Pick it up on Friday (was supposed to be wednesday, but can't drive the MS6 there with summers with this snow). (breakn)

Finished my taxes and getting about a grand from the state and a grand from the fed's. (nana)

Wish my refi would go that smooth! i have been trying to refinance since november. I am trying to do a streamlined refi so it only costs me like 700 bucks...but that means im stuck with the same bank (new alliance) and they are AWFUL. They dont respond to e-mails or phone calls. I send in the paperwork they ask for and then 2 months later i ask wtf is going on and they are like "oh lemme submit that". then 3 weeks later "we need a bank statement also". wtf?

That sucks. I used McCue. My mother does a lot of work with them (she's a realtor). 3 weeks from first meeting I had my closing and their cost was under 1K (helps my dad did the legal stuff for free), but still cheaper than other places I tried.
 
I haven't even touched my taxes yet, I should do that soon...

In the office today doing the very important job of coloring floor plans...

Yes, I'm getting paid to stay inside the lines...
