Can you PM where You got the front Lip? Please and thanks you!

I got it from a local guy of sell car parts. I paid 150$ CDN and the lip is in polyeurethane so it could flex a bit

Oh yeah i was actually looking at that same one i hope it fit cause it on order now! i will post pictures as soon as they arrive and if it gets any warmer here. lol

yeah just in case i ordered the Wrong one lol i actually Regret putting the order on but i Read online that the ABS plastic is easy to bend so it doesn't Matter to me.

The 99-00 civic type r lip should be the one.

If you look at the 92-98 lip it has an extra peice that goes into the bumper on the top of the lip right in the center. The 99-00 is flat all the way across the top so it should sit flush with our bumper with minimum modificatiion. If you order the lip from the 92-98 civic you will have to cut off the extra flap on the top center of the lip. This is just my impression from the pictures online.

I think i will wait for my friend to bring the lip for his civic tomorrow and i will post how does it fit and what i think it should be modified in order to sit right in our cars.

Cool. What year is your co-worker's civic? My wife has a 93 civic and the front is almost the same size as the later models but the lip is definatly different on the newer ones.

The picture on that eBay ad is misleading. If you look under the description it says the above is a picture from the 96-98 model. Actual produce is same style but built for 99-00. Or somehing like that. If you search the more expensive 99-00 type r lip the picture is the actual lip. I looked at that add like 20 times and I've been watching it in my eBay for like a month. I am planning to buy it pending tommorows fittment results from Argie.

all year can fit...you just need to fit it...mine is suposed to go on a honda accord and it need some cutting

if some one try the mugen lip post picture please i wanna see it

Cutting from the sides is best because it keeps the strength where you need it most. If you cut the middle it makes more work to put it back together. I just ordered a 99-00 type r lip from eBay for $38, because I got $5 off with a reward. Should have it on the car by next friday. I'll post pics and possibly a how-to.
