Got lucky enough to get a day off....Finally...so I decided to install the CP-E Turbo inlet pipe that I picked up a few weeks ago. Now since I have three kids, my profanities are kept to a minimum due to the wifey (encourage ... but for this one, all I can say is holy shiet! As many of you mentioned, when I removed the factory inlet pipe, it was not secure on the turbo whatsoever which I'm sure wasnt helping me. And like you all mentioned, I found that removing the intercooler, battery, and battery tray were very helpful. I also decided to swap in a new K&N drop in into the OEM Airbox. I also took off the snorkel and cut a hole in the front of the lower airbox resonator (as mentioned in numerous posts here on the forum). After everything was all wrapped up, I took it for a drive. Spooled faster, felt faster and sounded better. I even have that Semi truck turbo whine....kinda cool if you ask me. I know that many reviews have been done on this piece and other variations, I just wanted to express my opionions and say thanks for all of you on this forum who post and give new comers such as myself the tips and trick to get things done a little bit easier.
