What have you done to your P5 today?

does anybody have some suggestions for how to go about doing this? Maybe I can go to a junk yard and take one out and experiment with it so I don't ruin the original one.

reach in the top part of the ebrake cover, pull up, that will come out. next pull out the piece under the silver gear selecter cover, start at the back side the ebrake and lifting up. this will remove all the way up to the cup holders. next look at the silver gear selector cover, there are 4 taps that you can pry up with a small flat head screw driver. done. everything just naps back in place. let know if you need more help.

Tomorrow!

If I'm feeling ok, kinda sickly...

1) Celica Clear bumper lights
2) AuxMod iPod adapter

I haven't wiped off the dash since about June, so shoot, If I'm feeling froggy I might wipe the grass off of it that flew up in the front when I took the lawnmower to work to sharpen the blades. A/C was low on coolant that day, and it was HOT, so rollin with the windows down put grass all over everything.

It'll also probably need some more oil to burn, gotta keep those valves from ticking...

Tmrrw the Mazdaspeed exhaust will be replaced with the OEM exhaust because the cold weather is making the exhaust toooooo loud for me and i drive a good 44miles every morning and then another 44 miles home

also will be going out to mazda to test drive a speed3 or the rx8-r3

I didn't say I don't know how to take it off lol, I already took it off to clean it and buff it so it is nice and shiny. I was wondering if anybody knows a good method of painting/making it black?

Snow was drifted over a foot in some spots tonight.... Roads were a mess so I did a little hammering to get my car out of the front of my girlfriend's and more to get it into my parking spot!(drive2)

I love those wheels. If I had the money, I would buy them for my P5. $500 is pretty steep, btw!

They appear to have no damage at all from the pics, and with one new tire, I would meet up with him with 400 in cash and probably leave with them. I just need to find $400 somewhere which is impossible at least until january.

Those are the wheels I've ALWAYS wanted on my P5...

$400 might not be so bad, if you ever need to sell them, I would think you would be able to get that back out of them.

Took it to my regular mechanic who is a friend of the family. As for failing, I just need to replace them and then they'll do a visual and slap a sticker on the window.

And wouldn't low pads be a good reason for a failure???

yea true, that is a good reason for failing, i was just surprised they actually checked the brake pads
