Wagon, I have no idea how your bumper fits without any cutting, my piping is identical and I had to cut both side of the bumper to make it fit

my pass side hits, but my routing there is totally different than yours.

The angle of the CAI make my 45 angle up and not straight like urs

yeah, your core is mounted higher too, thats the only thing I'm worried about raising the core up..

my driver's side fits fine behind the 2003.5 bumper..

did you do a hole in the side panel to make the cold pipe going back in the engine bay or its going thru the cai hole under the winshield washer tank original place?? And what size is your piping to be able to go under the fog light?

windshield washer tank is on the other side of the car, it was a strait shot through the CAI hole. that is 2.5" piping.

if youre bumper is cut on both sides did you have to get youre lip molded or sticked to your bumper or its hooked just with the screws underneath the bumper?

The lip holds perfect as is, I didn't need to change anything.

I have a question i just bought a speed bumper and i wanna know if someone had problem to fit the bumper. i explain....on the driver side when i built my custom fmic i had to cut like half of the fog light braket of my n/a protege bumper(the piece where the fog grill was hooked)to have place to put the cold pipe. I just dont want to cut my new bumper and the most important thing is I want to keep my braket to bolt my 03.5 lip on the bumper. Hope i wont be oblige to find another route for my piping.(scratch) If anybody knows something about this....tell me

yeah sorry i was too tired yesterday(smash)lol I was talking about the coolant tank. and for the reinforcement i know a couple guy who just modify the n/a one a bit on each cornersand that worked pretty good.
