Cars in the shop again today... The noise is still there so they are replacing the sway bar bushings (like I originally said) and they have control arms there if the noise is still there after that.

Yeah I was not planning on swapping until Nov. either... But might have to because these stock tires are dangerous below 40...

For now the commute home isn't so bad as the temps have been in the 50's/high 40's it's the low 40's/30's during my drive in I am starting to worry about. That and they are calling for snow here...Friday/Saturday.

Hope they fix it right, this time.

Not swapping mine out till the last possible moment. If it snows I will work from home.

Wish I had that option. I could always call my boss and tell him I won't be in due to "pure stubborness of waiting until the last possible moment to swap my winter tires on".

No wheel / tire changing until salt hits the ground for the first time. At that point, the MSM gets stored, and snows go on teh P5.

Its all under warranty still, and they have been really good about it so far. Only thing I wish is that they ordered the sway bar bushings along with the struts and the endlinks they ordered the 1st time around.

If he is a car guy Jeff, he should understand.

I wish I had that option Phen, but she's a year round baby. the winters are balanced and ready to go. But I will be using my GF's car when the roads are bad to go to work.

Best of luck Zach

Haha, I expect top down driving in sub 40 degree weather! It's really not as bad as people make it sound.
will do, but like you say...snow fly's the cars shut down untill late march/april
Morning all. The chilly days are here again. Mark, get those last top down rides in as much as possible before it gets to cold. ;)
oh ya....!(cool)
Awesome Gary! I'll be swapping my wheels/tires and bumper soon enough.
doing mine at the cleaning meet...it's only a week or so away..
I was planning on swapping my winter tires on in November after the Fall Clean Meet but with these chilly temps, I may have to do it sooner.
ya, the summer tires are getting real hard the last few mornings!!

If it wasn't an MSM, I'd rock it year round. But... it's crazy in rain.

It does. But keep in mind that mine has about 80 whp more than a stock one too.

I don't believe we are all talking about snow tires and it isn't even halloween yet. No way I'm putting mine on before the cleaning meet. I usually hold out until thanksgiving.

How about it? Considering my drive though, I'll have to keep a close eye on the weather and either swap 'em before or put them in the hatch 'just-in-case'. lol
