takata!fer doing up my headlights and i also will be getting a powder coating sometime....in the house we has gas oven
and the rear rotors are about an inch bigger in diameter and the caliper bracket is about an inch wider

i used a gas oven for mine...
well for powder coating it siad gas is bad.....plus elec regs the temp better

i can see that.. but if you dont open the front, you'll be good for the headlights anyways. i've done.. 2 sets of my own, and 2 of my girls..soo.. good luck!!
if you don't open the front??? how else do ya do black 'em out?? hell i might go ahead and do this since i have no idea when i'll be getting my brake lines....i have nothing else to do......
did you just follow the DIY on blacking them out....or differently with a gas?
yeah....i don't think a IM or a wheel will fit in a toaster over though....call me crazy.....i'm gonna get the eastwood one i believe...sometime soon i hope

i put mine in for 250* for 15-20 mins.
and i meant if you get it up to temp, put the lights in real fast and shut the front. it's really not a big deal.. it'll work fine.
lol I was going to do all the small stuff like my STB brackets and ac brackets. lol also my camera mount for my harness bar. lol I live in an apartment so I dont have room for a second oven. lol

yup tell me about it....and i got a 220 ran into the garage just for that.....i plan on fixing a shelf to wall and sticking it up and off the ground
