theres a reason VERY few manufacturers make white dashes, at least in the price range of the protege.... good luck. if it doesn't come out with some sort of tint, you will be a rich man.

im guessing its gonna be hard to get it sanded down right then?

removing the red condom didnt help much when i tried it. plus the middle of ur needles will be white light. looked kinda weird

take it apart and you'll understand. I took my corolla's apart a long time ago... I don't believe "sanding" is an option.

hmm well i guess ill find out when i try it but i thought i read somewhere that you could sand the tint off the back

i have no idea if i posted this today..but i got the fmic mounted. i need couplers still. i got some clamps today. woohoo!!


and i...did stuff to another msp today. pulled a trans/clutch/flywheel/main seal.. prepped for another seal, oil change, and a oil pressure gauge.

finally got the recaro's installed tonight, had custom brackets fab'd up by JM Fabrications (www.jmfabrications.com) which took a little longer than expected. they came out awesome though.

Bought a $100 set of lug nuts for the MSP today. Why you ask? Because I've had to buy new spline drive lugs every spring for the past two years thanks to rust and abuse of the autocross season at $35 a set. These will fit all my wheels, won't rust, and should stand up to the abuse of dozens of wheel changes every summer.
