What have you done to your MSP today?

Hello. I need help. My stock alarm isn't working right. When armed, the red led light near the dash just stays on instead of blinking. I've tried leaving the window down and unlocking the car while it's armed and the alarm does not come on as it should. I've peeked under the dash and all three of the plugs are on tight. The sensor blinks, which I think is normal. Turning the sensor knob does not make a difference.

My guess is:

1. The alarm brain is screwed
2. I'm suspicious that the trunk doesn't close 100%. It opens really easily when I turn the key. This could be my imagination.

Help would be appreciated

put in new shifter bushings and the car feels great! i cut the old mount out with a knife to instead of removing the bar to get it out.

just found a set of FD wheels on a ford probe for sale... he won't trade em for my Mz3's because he just bought 2 new tires.... in the ad it says the other 2 tires need replacing. what an idiot. I offered 75% of what he paid for the tires if they're 225/55/16, 50% if they're not. Cash, plus you can take a defect off of your FS ad. Who says no to that?

so.. get this.. itsslow had a fmic. he sold it to dstmsp03. i bought itsslow's car.. i'm trading dstmsp03 for his fmic setup.he says it's a corksport. i start looking around for install help..

i find my kit.. exactly.. FROM itsslow.. how weird? lol. i was like.. wtf. should have just left it on to begin with!!

the reason i ask is because i was looking at a CS and Turbolife before i found my hardpipes and smic. but i would still love to get a fmic sometime in the future so i have room to grow.

Then if I were ready to do the FMIC it would be a no-brainer.... no way I'm gonna cut on the frame to gain horses. It would feel too much like investing in my own destruction.

well IMO the front mount would save my life more than a foam bar, but i don't think progressive would see the same way.

this car has already become my own destruction.

The crash bar itself isn't made of foam, thats just an extra piece to make the bumper fit better.
