What have you done to your P5 today?

was your car not always a florida car or what?

i have bad rust on some things in the engine bay (nothing important) and underneath. the body of mine is in good shape actually. but you know... i was looking for a manual. you are asking a bit much for me though. but new engine! nice!

Dub, he doesn't want them, move on.

PS, this is the what have you *done* to your P5 thread, not the "what I want someone to buy from my P5" or the "why my wife doesn't want to buy your crap" thread :p

shush S2000/miata owner......lol

and it all spawned from what i'm doing to my P5.

She's getting a new motor!! And mechanic's swapping back to stock MM's and putting the VTCS'less swap as well

What? I'm having the VTCS removed/P&P intake mani swapped onto the new motor

so maff... what have u done to your p5 today?

i drove mine back from work...

black car and black interior is warm :(

Where did maff go? haha

I filled her up with gas over lunch. Now I'm all set for soccer mom duty tonight.

lol.....yeah, one thing i'm not lookin forward to about having a bike/miata......no cargo room on either....but, i'd still have Callie's P5 to go grocery shopping in

She doesn't want to.

Her car is done, she's got EXACTLY what she wanted, plus a few things i've already done to the car she didn't want, but, now likes. lol

And, i kinda need a ride myself, can't afford to get myself a car and or car and bike as well as boost her car too

Developed a twitch for every time my front and/or back suspension clunks. I don't know what to do. I'll probably just take it in somewhere and have someone look at it. I did the shocks and springs myself and everything seemed fine after the first test drive... maybe I just need an alignment?
edit: I have a feeling it's sway bars. The rear AWR endlinks seemed a little too long. I had to shorten them as short as they could go, and they still looked long.

Lift up your car and grab the sway bar and shake it. It may be the bushings. Also check to make sure that the springs are seated properly. My front end clunk on the passenger side ended up being the strut mount bushing which is just a little stupid piece of plastic that goes on top of the strut. It could also be that your endlinks are hitting up against another metal part and just making the sound. Check for any contact marks anywhere underneath there. I know how it is to live with clunks. Even if it's something that doesn't hurt the car at all, it bothers you.

would change a single thing regarding clunking, unless somehow a control arm bolt was loose (which I seriously doubt)

Close: My bet is endlinks.

mmmm.....that looks yummy!
