my friend has a kit for the 3, its a t-28 turbo,manifold,fmic,piping and down pipe, i bet he would let it go for 1500shipped its only used for about 1k maybe 2 k miles

cheap and good working are two words i don't think go very well together. especially when talking about cars, and even more so when you talk about turbo kits. even if you find a "cheap" one, you'll end up spending money on it when something breaks or goes wrong. i'd go ahead and spend the money to get a reliable/reputable one. you get what you pay for
