What have you done to your MSP today?

I installed my ATP WGA yesterday... Car is slow again, but I don't get that uneasy feeling like the car's gonna blow up anymore...

Samco hotpipe is on the way, tires get put on early next week, boost gauge and bezel get ordered next week too. AXR clunk fix gets installed next weekend too...

I'll have a lot of posts here shortly

Took my MSP for a ride to the ftlauderdale beach. But it was kind of dead out there, so just drove by the strip and went home. But it was fun driving with the thunder mani, ported, and no cracks at all. Car is a beast again and the CEL for too much fuel hasnt even came back on. IDK why but it hasn't. It usual turns on for a few days, then turns off for a few days. It hasn't came back on though so that's good.

Don't worry, that ATP Wga has a mind of it's own, It doesn't really hold boost all the time, and spikes and drops. Your car is gonna have to get used to it. It will get better, but the boost still might jump all over like mine does.

But I haven't punched it yet with my fixed manifold, so maybe it is holding boost now, and spiking and dropping less. IDK yet.

Uninstalled my 3 gauge pod and replaced with a single gauge pod for my pillar. Also replaced my anti-stall kit with a new one on my synchronic BOV, and also purchased a new HID kit for my headlights.

intake finally came in, also got the boost juice in and exhaust is being ordered
Almost got everything i need to get started
Outlaw where did you get the air diversion plate at.

How 'bout a detailed review of how you installed the wastegate? Like, what all did you have to remove, etc. okthxbye

you doing all that yourself too?

Probably not because I was gonna go up to Harrisburg where my friend has a lift we can use to do it. I'd do it on a jack + stands, but the leverage might be weird. I wanted to throw some $$ your way to help me out yesterday, but I needed it done ASAP. I definitely didn't want to be driving around at 14psi. Just an accident waiting to happen...

Yeah, I'm interested to see what the boost gauge tells me (when I get it)

Learn to drive? (freak)

I wish I would have taken pictures now, but we got it done. Only major part we got hung up on was getting this freakin c-clamp off of the arm the WGA hooks onto. The b**** was in the most inaccessible spot evAr and took us nearly 2 hours of fighting to get it back on. We also cut the old WGA control arm with bolt cutters cause I was too lazy to undo the nut on the one end...

Some words of advice are to be careful with your hot-pipe, as I sheered off the nub that goes to the BPV tube and had to epoxy it back on. I ordered a Samco pipe to replace it. Also, you're gonna want to remove the #1 O2 sensor and the heat shield (as well as the left-side engine hoist ring) to make it more accessible. Its definitely a bit of a pain in the ass because there's NO room in that engine, but honestly, we figured it out without a guide or service manual. I'm sure there's an easier way (like dropping the whole turbo system out of the car) but we did what made sense to us. Total work time was about 4 hours.
