You can get them off of Ebay...they are Integra Rear Wiper Delete plugs...or you can get them from the Acura/Honda dealer...

It was sooooo easy to do to the P5, but not sure what to do on the Mazda3's...

Just saw that...and just for those that may be interested in doing this...the Honda/Acura plug is actually rubber and logically makes sense that it would create a much better seal from water than the metal one...especially since it is actually supposed to be there...

I bought mine off ebay. 15 bucks. Not that bad. and its rubber.

i used the stock rubber thing in the window. i plugged the little hold with a piece of plastic. aaaand it never leaked. easy enough and it cost me....nuttin'
