What have you done to your MSP today?

Ok replaced some of my Vac lines, I found some 1/8 lines... but they are only in 3' sections, i want a 10' section. but I fixed part of my bosot gauge so I might have it working :D

Ok I fixed my Boost Gauge... somehow.... I still want to get rid of the Vac line going to it and get a better one...

today i installed my turbohoses hot and cold pipe with a custom one inch nipple on the hot side, and my vibrant exhaust!

the car pulls soooo much harder, and i can definitely tell its breathing much better.

that pretty much wraps up my perfromance modifications, save a SS AFC maybe somewhere down the road. I am sooo pleased with this car, it is doing everything i wanted it to.

Changed the oil, seafoamed, and put some sweet G.A.C.C. stickars on the ride. I was a little upset when the seafoam treatment didn't billow white smoke everywhere. :( I know that means there wasn't as much carbon buildup as I thought but perhaps I did it wrong?

All the white smoke from the seafoam is exciting :D

Are you trying to kill the turkey? what bov or bpv are you using? did you put a 1" nipple on the air intake too?

Adding the 1" nipple on my WeaponR intake is next... I'm running the Forge BPV. Still have the turkey. but the duration is reduced after adding the hot pipe and going to shorter 1" hose. When I get it done I'll post pics.

Response is much improved... don't know if its the hardpipes with 1" nipple out, the shorter 1" hose, the Vibrant exhaust, or all of the above. But the hesitation is gone and the boost throws my head back!

the only thing i need to do is fix my screeching PS belt and i will be gravy.

Is that the belt that squeels right at start up for like 5 seconds then goes away? Cause that's what mine does.

Hmmm... I get that squeal too. I thought it was the P/S too. I was working on my friend's mom's Miata last week... new radiator, upper & lower hoses & replaced belts. When I was leaving it was late & humid and my car squealed for a few secs and her mom's B/F was outside and heard it and said it sounded like the A/C to him.

you may still need to upgrade your bpv because part of the solution to getting rid of the turkey is having a bpv with 1" inner diameter fittings so the air flow is not interrupted. can you send me a few pics of how you installed the bracket on the weapon-r that holds it still. They sent it to me after i emailed them and told them they never sent it to me, but i dont know where or how to install it. to run it right you will need to close off the stock nipple on the weapon-r. the new one will be welded on the side closest to the hotpipe further up.
