Cheapest HKS

I wondered what all of you that have the HKS CBE ended up paying including tax and shipping.

what size is the piping for the HKS? I really want 3 inch piping for my exhaust system so I dont have that much back pressure. or is three inches to big?

I love mine, but it does sound a lot meaner with a testpipe, I recently took the testpipe off because, it doesn't mate well to the stock downpipe.

compared to when i ran the stock cbe with the muffler and the 2nd resonator chopped, the HKS was actually quieter. i slapped on my SU test pipe and it growls pretty mean now. I'll try and get a sound clip for you up by tonight.

yeah...i love the sound with a TP, and I have the MS CBE, but it didnt fit 100%, and my right foot suddenly gained a lot of weight

im running the HKS CBE and aftermarket DP, sounds like an Evo

the cost of having a shop custom make your exhaust is probably going to be equal to, if not more than just buying an aftermarket one.

paued 480 for mine from THmotorsports, but that was before the price went up. I think Importimage still has them for a decent price.

it was listed for 250 with no bids and buy it now for 350 for a remainder if 6 days and I was just like it isn't going to last at that price so I bought it! LOL

FWIW...The Corksport CBE is just over 3 inches... 3.1 to be exact.
