hey i want to see some pics of headlights and taillights modified on the 3 and speed 3. i want to know what it would look like iff the insides of the headlights and taillights were painted body color. well thanks for the help!

i can do them, ive been spraying the 06/07 subaru lights, which are basically the same, for over a year now

Man, i havent got a chance to spray any mazdaspeed tails yet...

but here's a few examples of my subaru work...

here are the custom tails for my 06 sti

What is the process for removing the shield? I like the way those look. How reliably can they be reassembled?

Its all about how careful you are and the sealant you are using... a good cheap sealant is windshield sealant. Its black, semi-thick (easy to work with), and dries hard like plastic when it sets.

The paint match ones look pretty damn good.
