It doesnt have a salvage title and the auction boldly states that. The car has never been totalled. A car has to be totalled to become salvaged. The car has a rebuilt title because of the accident it was in, it was cheaper for the insurance company to buy the car and sell it damaged then to just replace the parts. THis is well documented and carfax backs up all my statements. So NO THIS IS NOT SALVAGED. Lets make that perfectly clear right now so there is no confusion.

That's really not true at all. The reason a car gets a rebuilt title is because it WAS salvaged. When it gets rebuilt your salvage title turns into rebuilt. It would have had to sustained enough damage for an insurance company to write it off. Additionally, the affidavit you posted in the auction isn't legit. The form was updated in 06 and that one is an 03? Do you only have a copy? Virtually all states will require the original and I assume you have the first page and the rest of the second page. Also, have you had the car aligned since you got it? It seems fishy that you would sell a car three months after buying it.
