Help!!!!!!!!!

1. Starting a thread with "help" as a title is annoying to read because we know it's a noob who hasn't done any research and trying to get attention with all the exclamation marks
2. actually describing a problem may help with people helping you since that tells us just about nothing, even though 323 probably hit it on the head (only because it's a super common problem which you WOULD have found had you hit the search button).
3. read this thread before starting a thread like this next time.

Sorry if this sounds harsh, but having read this same thread about 50 times in the last 6 months gets REALLY old...

the way i see every brwoser has a back button no one is force to answer!

it might be the egr (do it anyway it probably needs it) also try the plugs, coils and wires...maybe use a can of sea foam on it

stuffs hard to diagnose over the web, but that all should help

That's not the issue. EVERY single forum that exists is cluttered with threads like this one which don't need to exist and make it harder to find the threads with real info. The answer to your question has been answered way too often already (a few dozen times in recent past). Had you used the search function you would have found your answer faster then anyone on here replying to your "cry for help".
I may sound like a jerk, but most other people think the same way, they just don't come out and say it. I just call it proper forum etiquette, and the link I posted above is exactly what I'm talking about.

I'm gonna have to agree with you on this. Again, not to sound harsh to the newb (even tho I'm relatively a "newb" as well) ;), but getting help for your own problems is only half the goal of forums like these (if that). These forums also serve as useful reference for people in the future who take the time to search before asking, so it is, as you said, proper etiquette to keep these future forum members in mind when wording your questions and thread titles.

On a more blunt note, I also get annoyed at these titles, and I think a lot of people join these forums without the slightest intention of ever returning after they get an answer to their question - but unless you just had you car explode and are in need of ambulatory assistance, please refrain from titling posts in a manner that suggests so.
