But if that was the cop that pulled him over and the kid did go to court, think the cop would get in trouble for not citing him for racing?

Thats Really funny. I use to live down there when i went college. I know where he was pulled over. But the officer was right, its dumb to race down them roads with all the cross roads intersecting.
