+1 Open your owners manual and high-light what the factory recommends. Take that information with the manual to the dealer and request only the required service. Some dealers (read most) have their own agenda to increase profits significantly. You will probably hear " in our area because of what ever" we recommend. Simple and politely refuse anything not recommended in the owners manual. My observations over many years of car ownership. Post back what you had done and the cost. Ed
I guess I should have read up first, figured I would be lazy and not get up to go read .
I will check my air filter and determine... Might just get a K&N.
BTW... Does anyone know where the air filter is on a mazda3? On my wifes car the air intake goes to the battery box... Guess I should read the manual for that too hehe.
