New Car

I wish it was that easy...I've been trying to get a LWB suzuki samurai from there for the last 7 years...and that's an 86' Cars have to be 25 years or older to import without jumping through a billion hoops and $$ invested. A few more years and I'll have a LWB sitting in my possession...as long as they all haven't rust away. lol

just tow the b**** down here on a flatbed an dont register it until then

Mazdaspeed cx7....yummy

I've thought about that too, I guess since 9/11 the border patrol has actually been keen to people doing that. There was a guy from one of my suzuki boards that tried that and was stopped. He ended up taking the car back to the previous owner for storage. He ended up splitting the frame from the body and had to remove the motor from the frame and brought them all over in 2 trips. You can bring car parts over without issues. Once he got here he just mounted a US dash which is 5 bolts and has the VIN attached and registered it. I've even offered sellers more money to drive it across the boarder for me, and I would drive them back home, just so I can have the car in the US then swap dashes when I got home.

way off topic but....zooks FTW

hey anna, you might be able to get a better deal on a car with less miles. maybe send a PM to slo03msp? just a thought here...

I think it might be a little too late? I'm not sure. The dealer has the car ready to go for me.

Call Pugi and get their deal (if it's the same one Bill told me about, it's a GT not a sport) and tell your dealer you got a call from a previously submitted online pricebuild or something along those lines and see if they'll go lower. =D

Remember, right now is a buyer market, not a sellers market. Walk away if they won't go lower. (idhitit)
