its like, JUST FIX THE KIDS ******* CAR, jesus. its a damn shifter, and EVEN IF HE WAS DRAG RACING THE CAR, its a turbo charged compact performance car, the damn shifter shouldn't break from aggressive shifting, and unless he's Ed Norton in the hulk, these shifters shouldnt break like that.. and clearly its a manufacturing flaw, so fix the damn thing god damn damn god god damn damn jesus christ...

...I asked the manager to give you a call and find out if you would tell the truth. I sat there with him as you told him you NEVER race the car or drive around hard.He asked you 5 times.The sad thing is if you would have been truthful he was going to pay for it...

Honestly, reading this part doesn't make me feel any better about the situation. Basically, this says that the warranty claim was denied out of spite and not because of any real problem with the vehicle. Seriously, with all of the people's cars getting denied warranty coverage, I'd be more surprised if he did tell you the truth!

Classic has a great rep in the enthusiast community and I figured more than anything that there was more to the story, but this bit here is a little shady, (not to mention going public with someone's info)...

Be patient, Kerry is a standup person and I have known him for a couple years and he is indeed the best Mazda Tech in all of Central Florida.

There are obviously a few things that we are not fully aware of at this point, I suggest you handle this calmly and professionally and possibly out of the forums eye.
