he is with the mazda mafia thats why he wont post his name, how else can he make sure no one else will ever work on his ride

He's the dude that helps out all the clubs and helps get the shows set for you guys at the dealers, he's pretty pissed right now as he been helping a lot of people with there speeds for a while, I'm sure he'll voice his op when he's on
 
remember you can stop buy Fairbanks Mazda, were your car wont get fixed and it will deff get black balled threw Mazda

How is this helpful in any way?

I have been trying to help him learn how to effectively solve a disagreement with Classic Mazda East and/or Mazda USA.

So far you have dropped cloaked threats concerning all of us who currently do business with your employer. How is this helpful? driving your client base to the competition? In this economy that is suicidal. Classic Mazda needs customers. Without customers there is no business.

Your conduct here is certainly not what I have experienced while doing business with them. They have always been polite, respectful and appreciative of my continued business. If your the real behind the scenes face of them, that will certainly change, and quickly.

Incidentally, when it comes to this warranty denial and the evidence, instinctively I am leaning towards the dealer having made the right choice in denying the claim. Certainly if there was a real Mazda warranty representative involved in the process which is impossible to tell, it would behoove the dealer to follow their direction. The OP kind of opened themselves to that decision through circumstance. It wasn't ethical for the tickets and/or timeslips to be read, but then again, it's hard not to come across them during the evaluation/repair process.
 
Look Im the tech that worked on your car. A lot of people know who I am and I have helped a lot of people. I am not starting a argument with any one here but lets get the facts strait. Putting the blame on anyone but yourself is wrong. I understand your frustration but like I said our dealer helps a lot of people. people like you that complain make it very hard to continue to help others, so please stop....anyways the facts....your car has less then 8000 miles...you have time slips in your car for 14.6-14.7 in the 1/4 mile...I asked the manager to give you a call and find out if you would tell the truth. I sat there with him as you told him you NEVER race the car or drive around hard.He asked you 5 times.The sad thing is if you would have been truthful he was going to pay for it. He has built drag cars and understand how it is. Fact is you lied. I feel bad but even after all this you still only paid for the part and the manager paid for my labor. So instead of bashing the dealer try saying thank you. As of right this minute your car has not been branded....but with your current post that might change. I hope you do the right thing and explain to everyone that we tried to help you. Thanks

with the fact that the master tech there shared personal info he went through with you, also a master tech at a dealer which then in turn posted such info.....did you keep up with that or do i needa spell slower.....seriously piston you and your boy really crossed the line.....if you dropped your car off somewhere to get something done how would you feel having people go through it and post the info on the net and everything else? i'm sure you would want someone's head on a platter right?? so go a head and serve yours up. done deal

i named a name in a respectful manner, thats for starters. if you do manage to get a classic mazda rep on here have him PM me because this theard is one clown short of a circus and nothing will get resolved

seriously, hella lot cheaper than 500 from dealership and the improvement in shifting, my god. and iv slammed mine and the things solid, IMO at least

no one drags on here we all drive our mazdas respctfully, haha couldnt say that with a straight face, any ways hope this s*** get taken care of so the bulls*** e thuggin can stop

but you shared this info with someone else....really.....that's foul, you crossed the line dude. there's nothing else to say you did big wrong, and your friend did big wrong so now what. personally i think that the OP should take this to the BBB and then to the gm and see what happens with your personal life
