Warranty claim denied

While the bickering might be entertaining to observe, You can't control how douchebags act online, you can't undo the previous service visit and "evidence" therein, BUT you certainly can take control of yourself, and through this, the way the rest of it plays out from now on.

I would definitely suggest you escalate the warranty denial through Mazda USA and even to arbitration if need be. Flagging the car in their system is a serious situation and will negatively effect the rest of the warranty that its left. During this process it is key that you try your best to act respectful, speak clearly and properly. No matter how angry you may feel you need to act cool as a cucumber while speaking with anyone at Mazda, arbitrator, judges etc... A reasonable voice and demeanor goes a long long ways.

Speaking with a reputable attorney couldn't hurt either.

Regardless of who you are, and what you know, they way you have presented yourself here in this thread is as a complete and utter asshole.....

the post about pistonreipper being an a-hole and your previous post go hand in hand

I voiced my opinion, if someone bashed your friend sir you would have done the same, its a discussion here, whats the big deal? Your might get your money back you might not its not the dealers fault and getting a layer wont do anything because I'm sure Mazda got a few dozen and most dealers do also

and the worst I'm sure the manager will read this also as hes a member here also for a long time, real cool bashing his dealer, probably wont fix moded cars again

Stating you know people inside the dealer service department, and also implying you work there as well makes you a representative of the dealership. One which should be careful what kind of image you present to the public. I am among the first to jump into a fun conversation and can (friday) it up with the best, but carrying on while in a publicly visible venue is not cool. And can easily lead to a sudden lack of work, should the wrong people see it.

this s**** almost getting to the point that its funny, go try your luck with another dealer, if that fails i guess your ****** but hey atleast you can mod now, and i do belive its bull s*** they looked thought your stuff but they do need to open it and take the screws out and s*** to get down there, and why would you keep tickets from another car in your new car? i rip those fuckers up as soon as i pay them

your an idiot, just a straight up idiot. i said FOUR times now that im not bashing his dealership, just wished this was handled differently. i tried to play nice and understand where you were coming from but as stated earlier your coming off as both an asshole and a douche. i hope dan the service manager reads this and maybe he and myself can talk about this further in private.

Yeah. Ha silly stuff here. Poor guy has to pay for school and then turn around and shell out 500 bucks for some dumb s***. **** school and become a service tech so you can get warranty work voided and make some cash.

Hey no prob I can buzz em right now but he and Kerry know most of the guys here, as kerry's worked on your cars( you know who you are) I'm sure he wont anymore when he reads this also, SO watch what you say on this thread

your really going to deny someones repair cuz of somethings said on a fourm, dude are we ****** 4 years old you hurt my feelings so im not talking to you s***

WOW. This guy can NOT be serious. You work for them and you're honestly saying stuff like this? ... really? And grammatically, you're a disgrace.

i would actually appreciate if dan read this and i could get a way to contact him to talk this over. i think trying to talk to him at the dealership is a waste of time, seemed like he had his hands tied behind his back. i don't want people to shy away from going to classic mazda because of this, that's not the reason i started this thread. i started this thread to get some educated advice on the situation and see what some of my options were.

since you're bringing up peoples names on here piston....say your name for the record especially since you like to post up info about going through personal items.....seriously i'm sure the dealerships lawyers would like to hear that.

Hay Kerry will be on in a bit so bash em all you central Fl guys I'm sure he'll help you out then, called Dan no answer but I'm sure he'll read this tomorrow
