Man what a pain in the ass to install. A couple of things to watch out for if anyone else is going to install their own.

-The O2 sensor harness where it clips in is a PITA to undo. I did buy an O2 sensor socket which helps out.
-The bottom right bolt on the DP flange where it meets the turbo is a PITA to get off. Definitely need a flex joint for your ratchet. Air compressor and impact guns really help out as well.
-The exhaust donut didn't see to match up to well to the CS race pipe I already had. That and I had to use some spacers and a lock washer instead of the OEM springs on the 2 bolts where the DP and race pipe meet. So far no leaks though.

I've only started it to listen for leaks as it was wet out and late and I didn't want to take it on a test drive late at night with all the trick or treater's out. Impressions to come tomorrow. If I remember anything else about the install, I'll post it up.

So I got to open her up a bit now that it's dry out. The DP really made a difference in midrange pull. Getting on the freeway today I romped on it and was grinning from ear to ear. HP is addictive I tell you.

One thing I really notice now is how the turbo runs out of breath up top.

Definitley a pain to install but looks like you're enjoying the rewards. You now need to get something like the Cobb AP to keep the throttle open and keep the boost on a flatter curve.

Nah an ECU tune will be the last thing I do. Next up is either a cat back, or RSB. I still need some shifter bushings, TMIC or FMIC, then maybe a manifold and PG turbo. By the time I'm ready for a tune, I'm hoping that Cobb will have a boat load of maps out for more specific mods. If not, then I'm just going to go with a XEDE PNP and tune it myself.....

Ha, didn't know you still were going with more mods ... that's the way to do it, do the ecu tune last (what I did too).

What size O2 sensor wrench/socket did you buy?
