Next time you change your oil, replace the drain plug with one of these: www.quickoildrainvalve.com

Will cure both the peeing-like-a-boy and worrying about torquing the drain plug.

I build and design valves for a living and IMO if you put one of those on your car you are quite brave. Valves have seats and seals...seats and seals fail...

This valve is a ball-cock design. I've used them for six years or so and millions of them are in use 'round the world.
