found on ebay forge bpv cheap :)

There's a reserve. If it probably doesnt go for, I'd say, $150, no one can win the auction. Good luck though!

I got my used black Forge off ebay with everything included and shipped for $100 two weeks ago. Works great too.

$91 and counting, reserve is gone though. 3 hours left, too bad I already bought one.

Yeah, not even the real picture of the valve. Could be all messed up, who knows. Not worth it

I want to buy the greddy type s but I'm afraid I'll get one and won't be worth a s***

why would it not be worth s***? Just look around for one in good condition. Honestly mine is near mint, looks great and if you tweak around the adjustment screw just perfect you can make it pretty freakin loud for being recirculated. Mine's adjuster to 6 1/4 turns and is about as loud can be without being vta

I think he was being sarcastic..LoL

I have friend that swear by greddy and they love it, definately a VERY distint sound, and these guys r all running 2jz between 700 to 1000hps with NO issues of leak or seal blow out and they run around upwards of 35psi.

naw, me and bonafide have been talking for almost 3 months about him getting a greddy, but doesn't look like he has pulled the trigger as of yet. He has a thread about it that hasn't been active for a few weeks about the decision whether to buy one or not

i agree with kyle, the greddy sounds much better than the forge. the problem is that you can't always find them as inexpensively as the forge. so the forge becomes a great bang for the buck, but it still sounds like, well...you know....it sounds like s***

I see a couple good ones on ebay but, I rather buy something in person and on craigslist they don't have any in my area where I live. It's just too bad there ain't any in the panhandle area

Hey Bro,

My buddy might have a Greddy Type RS for sale VERY soon, it's in new condition if your interested.

I love the greddy s vta sound, but to me the recirc sound is just alright. I am debating getting a type rs, but I want a loud whoosh, and that would probably mean vta. I've heard in recirc it sounds like stock. I have heard good things about the turbosmart hybrid valve that you can recirc and still get a loud WHOOSH sound. Anyone wanna trade up? Maybe type-s for type-rs, or turbosmart? I think turbosmart is probably better since I don't wanna run vta again and have my car drive like s***

So you don't think it sounds good in recirculating? I'll probably get a bpv very shortly because I just got a small promotion. So that is alittle bit more money a month I can spend

It sounds fine recirculated.... just lackluster. You get the 2 little chirps and some wind noise. I either wanna run it vta (not gonna happen) or get a loud whoosh. My turbo xs hybrid gave more of a snap plus air rushing, I really want that whoosh though. I like the greddy rs but it's almost surely gonna be too quiet in recirc. Anyone know if the anti-stall fitting does any good while driving and actually going through the gears??
