What have you done to your MSP today?

Ordered the SLS Midpipe from Protegegarage.com for my MSP. High flow cat!!! Wanted to go catless but didn't want to have to mess with it again for SMOG next year!!! Hopefully she'll be up and running in the next week!!!

so has one ever painted all there pillars black and did there headliner black yet??, im sure someone has done it i was just wondering if anyone knew what they would have used for the headliner?, since i cant drive my car for a lil bit i figure i better do stuff that could take some time since its just sitting

also if anybody else can think of cheap easy stuff to do while the MSP is sitting that would be good.

I just painted my two front pillars black, one autometer full 3pod and one stock pillar right side.

Came out good and I used whatever black spray paint I had from when I painted my 2 racing harts black, came out nice but I need to have my hood painted black now. Carbon fiber has started to go to s***.

i did my headliner in fleece and it still looks kind of stock but nicer and soft it takes like 3 yd 15 bucks and like 3 cans of glue elmers or super hold heaqliner glue i thinks its easier to wrap everything unless you know how to paint

Id wrap mine just cause of the nature of paint but if you want to paint, duplicolor makes one specificially for fabric. its probably dye based. Ive heard it has good results if the directions are followed.

did you just pick up some black fleece and layout on the roof cut and glue,

was it pretty easy to do, i have never messed with something like that. Also did you wrap the sun visors to im assuming.

also did you just pick it up from a crafts store??

ill probally just wrap it cause i dont want to deal with the paint if its a pain in the butt to do.

well its probably a dye so it will soak in, its not like its paint on fabric that would be horrid.

if you wrap u just get the material, cut it to size (extra inch or so to wrap around) then start at one end and spray glue the material and the headliner, let it get tacky and go real slow.

im installing my techone hids right now and im wondering if i have to remove the entire metal peice around the bulb or just the top before inserting the bulb into the headlight?

also anybody know if homedepot has 3m doulbe sided tape?

um sure no i have sun visor tvs thats why they look black yea you gegt it at like jo anns and its pretty easy you may need to people because if you lay it your self you cant do it slow enough to go around the bends and then it falls out and id recomend like to clips by the sun visors to make sure it stays tight thats how i did mine i dont know how to put up pictures ill try
