Black Badges?

how hard are they to install? any sanding painting required? or is this a 30 second job?

I used duplicolor semi-gloss black rattle can engine enamel. doesnt need a primer or clear coat, and its strong. After sanding and degreasing the badges, I put about 3 light coats and one medium. Made it look real nice. Real easy too

yeah its really easy and you can save yourself a bunch of money.

your going to want to rough up the surface a little bit with some sand paper so the paint will stick better. after so spray, let it dry, possibly add another coat, let dry and then clear.

Soak badges in bleach for about 2 hrs, light sanding to scuff, then paint. Should turn out fine.

you can purchase badge adhesive from any auto parts store

heat gun/blow dryer. warm them up and use some floss or fishing line to get between the badge and the car, they should pull right off.

I'm replacing the badge that says Mazdaspeed6 with the stock ms protege badge! Have not dont it yet but i am debating on the black badges! If i do it i wanna cut mine to the "M" I just cant make up my mind!
