Finally got my new 2008 Mazda 6!

Finally, after ordering my new Mazda 6 in January it arrived this week!! I managed to clean it and take pictures today:

Its the Mazda 6 Sport with the 2 litre Diesel Engine (need diesel because the tax is less and and I need the economy of a diesel since fuel is the equivelent of $8-10USD a US Gallon)

What do you guys think?

It's a good thing I like my Speed6 & my wife likes her 6 wagon. The European 6 is worthy of a closer look, but the pig that we Americans get is just (to paraphrase Car & Driver) a Camaliticord.

The Sport comes with:

Xenons with Adaptive Forward Lighting (the headlights turn when you turn the wheels)

Bose Stereo with a nice subwoofer in the boot (trunk?) instead of a spare wheel.

Half leather seats

electric windows all round

Cruise Control

CF-Net controls which means that you can control the climate control, stereo and computer using the steering wheel controls.

Bluetooth

This is a lot of equipment for a car which only costs 20,430 (about $40,000USD ish)

You can't compare dollar for dollar when it comes to car prices in the US and EUDM/JDM. The US has a significantly larger market and a significantly larger volume, hence the lower prices.
