Good to know you're at least working on it :D

The proto will be EGR-less for me. I want to try a few things that have been done on other cars to see if we can easily delete the whole thing without a CEL. The needed hookups for you guys who want to keep the system will be finalized when I have the proto on the car though.

As long as you can avoid the cels that's all I care about. Honestly emissions is the least of my worries. I thought that's what valve overlap was for anyway I don't know why you need both.

If there were some way of avoiding a CEL without using a breather filter I'd be all over it. I just don't like the idea of unmetered air getting into the engine so I don't use the breather filters. I wish there were another way.

yes it will work with the stock fuel rail. The injector bosses are being machined in the same spot as the stock ones

No go. The injector holes got placed too close to the runner. Kelly now has to remake the flange when he gets back from vacation.

Needless to say, I am bummed about the project today. For the first time since I started this, I feel like saying F*$% it.

(sad2)

Dude...Just send me one without damn injector holes..I can take care of that myself damnit!

Thats why I like to get a 3D CAD file done first. Saves a lot of trial and error.
