msp's been stalling or trying to stall on me after i let off the gas over 2500 rpms. sometimes the battery light will light up, sometimes itl drop to 0 and then bounce up to 1500 then back down to 5-700 rpms and idles fine. this stalling occurs even if the BOV doesnt release any pressure...could the new BOV be causing it to stall meaning i should try using another washer inside it?
or could it be a vacuum leak and i need to go check around...and im only boosting 4-5 pounds with cai, mid-pipe, and hardpipes----this normal cuz i was informed id gain about 1-2 psi.

i just wanna go zoom zoom damn it

mine used to stall out a lot when i had a forge bov on there. but it didn't recirculate so i think that was the problem and it ran better when it recirculated.
try resetting the ecu if u already havnt also check ur wastegate actuator, if its bad it could be a problem with ur power. stock should boost at 6 and half lbs. i replaced my WGA and could totally tell a diff! i mean a WOW difference. maybe u have a vac leak. double check all the connections from lines and clamps and stuff! hopefully ull find it cause i know how annoying it is

definatly will do that if you are not recirculated! know if you do the maf relocate you dont have to! also if you have a fmic check to see if your boost source is hooked up and not pinched! had a instance very simaler to yours and boost source was my issue! if all that is good sounds like a vac leak! if you have a boost gage your vac at idle should be between 17-20! 20 being better! good luck man pm if you have any questions!

hell every now and then for some odd reason itll drop and the startup lights will come on! its like once in a blue moon tho like maybe once a month.. so random..

yea check the connection of your pipes. when i first put on my steel hot pipe, the end that connected to the turbo, i wasnt able to screw on very tight, but i figured it would hold, well the heat from the turbo loosened the damn clamp and when i boosted hard it popped off, car stalled and i had to push it back down and re-screw it in

{WARNING! manifold EXTREMELY hot while doing this!!! LOL}

mines at 20. i was checkin that when i would get on it to around 4k and drop the clutch in the vac went back to normal but it still did the battery light and all the lights. sooooo annoying its pissing me off. well i guess when my brother takes it in to change the oil tranny fluid and new tranny mount this weekend il have him check all my lines- maybe install all new ones, and im buyin a new WGA but which one is decent for a medium price since im on a budget living in california and dealing with the bad prices of gas and living around here.

ok so now after one more day of analyzing the problem...when the A/C is on the stalling occures less often....

mine does this once in a while as well ever since I put on the CAI....checked everything and all is tight......although it'll do it more often when going up hill and then i push in the clutch to stop at the top of the hill.....

i've got my SMIC waiting to be put in but i think i'll put on the corksport MM inserts first then see if it still does it......maybe something shifts out of place under certan loads?
