Wakblak, although you didn't ask for input, my experience has been that with a set of take off's like this it's best to set an asking price and if you're willing to negotate say so. Expecting people to make an offer usually doesn't generate satisfactory results from my experience. Of course, setting a realistic starting price is a necessity too.
